At EZ Brakes & Service, all qualifying repairs come with our standard 2-year/24,000-mile parts and labor warranty. Many repairs also include additional nationwide protection through the PAC Warranty network (details below). We’ll always let you know which warranty applies to your repair.

PAC Nationwide Warranty Coverage
When it comes to your vehicle, having reliable coverage matters. That’s why we offer the Professional Automotive Community (PAC) Nationwide Repair Warranty, supported by WORLDPAC. This limited warranty covers qualifying repairs for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Accepted at participating repair facilities across the U.S. and Canada, the PAC warranty covers qualifying repairs including brakes, suspension, air conditioning, electrical components, and other eligible systems. If a covered part fails, you can receive remedial service, replacement, or reimbursement—at no extra cost to you.
If a covered failure interrupts your trip and you're more than 100 miles from home, you may also qualify for trip interruption reimbursement of up to $250 for meals and lodging.
This is your assurance that repairs performed at our shop meet high standards and are backed by a trusted national network. Please refer to the official warranty terms for a full list of covered and excluded services, such as internal engine repairs, batteries, tires, and customer-supplied parts.

PAC Roadside Assistance Program
Qualifying repairs also include 365 days of complimentary roadside assistance through the PAC program. Coverage includes towing, lock-out service, jump starts, flat tire assistance, and emergency fluid delivery. This benefit applies to the vehicle listed on your qualifying invoice and is meant to support true roadside emergencies.

FVP Powertrain Warranty
3-Year Unlimited Mileage
FVP Powertrain provides a 36-month / unlimited mileage warranty on remanufactured powertrain assemblies when installed by an authorized dealer or qualified independent service center. The warranty covers repair or replacement of the assembly if it fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, provided the product has been properly maintained according to the vehicle manufacturer’s maintenance schedule.
What the Warranty Covers
- Labor paid at shop rates based on industry labor-time guides
- $25 fluid allowance
- Up to $150 rental assistance (with approved rental invoice)
- Up to $90 towing assistance (with approved towing invoice)
- All labor must be pre-approved
Documentation Requirements
- Original repair order or sales slip must be provided
- Warranty is transferable to future owners with proper documents
What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
- Improper installation, negligence, alteration, accidents, misuse, racing, track or competition use
- Issues related to tampered/altered odometers
- Failures caused by lack of proper maintenance or incorrect fluids
- Overheating, contamination, or lack of lubrication
- Damage from vehicle modification, excessive torque, or non-approved components
- Time loss, inconvenience, or loss of use
- Vehicles registered/operated outside the U.S.
- Installations in RVs or food trucks
